We offer a 14-day return window starting from the date you receive your order, during which you may submit a return request for eligible items.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • Unworn, unused, and in its original brand-new condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed shipping instructions.
 
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at SecrethemOnline@outlook.com right away so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly (including replacement, refund, or other suitable solutions).

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are ineligible for returns:
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, live plants, etc.)
  • Custom/personalized items (special orders, custom-printed or engraved products)
  • Personal care & beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Final sale / clearance items

Exchanges

For the fastest fulfillment of your desired item, we recommend returning your original purchase first. Once your return is approved and processed, simply place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the posting of the refund to your account.
